Why does my browser block some of the tabs?

Browsers treat opening many tabs at once as a popup and may block all but the first. Allow popups for this site in your browser settings to open the full list.

Is there a limit to how many URLs I can open?

There is no hard limit in the tool, but opening hundreds of tabs at once can slow your computer significantly. Twenty to fifty at a time is a comfortable range for most machines.

Do the URLs need a protocol like https?

Yes. Each line should start with http:// or https:// so the browser knows how to load it. Bare domains may be skipped or rewritten unpredictably.
